Coppelia, a 24-hour Cuban luncheonette, is opening today on W 14th Street near 7th Ave. Loving the concept as it is, and to top if off, Coppelia is the latest venture by Chef Julian Media (of one of my faves, Toloache, as well as Yerba Buena).
